today I would once again write a short report about my experience of raw food.
I am very happy to be Koestler, my experience there are over 20 years.
particular sport and raw food is an ideal combination. I am always amazed how fast I'm on physical performance.
Even if I sometimes have no time and therefore ausetze with the sport, I am always capable of surprising excellence.
in straight muscle building, where I have a minimal training and auctions, the successes are visible.
This shows me clearly that a balanced raw food diet with a high chlorophyll content, sufficient carbohydrates, enough protein and fat best of the utmost importance.
If you want to have some successes, especially in athletic performance and natural weight gain (muscle), so you can notify it of you. I'll continue to advise you. learn
